Terms of Service

The deal between you and HeyBlinki Limited when you use Blinki, in plain words.

Last updated 15 October 2026.

Who we are

Blinki is made by HeyBlinki Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17184680), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. "We", "us" and "Blinki" mean that company and the service. "You" means the person using it.

Using Blinki

You need to be at least 13 to use Blinki, or older where your country says so. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to be happy with you using it. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and backup codes private, and for what happens under it. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Blinki apps and the service as long as you follow these terms and the Community Guidelines. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with Blinki, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to break the law.

Your content

What you post, upload, say or make on Blinki stays yours. You give us the rights we need to run the service: to store it, copy it between our machines, show it to the people you share it with, and make previews and thumbnails of it. You promise you have the right to share what you share.

We can remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. Where we can, we tell you why.

Blinki

Blinki's assistant is built into the app. It can be wrong, and it says so. Check anything that matters. When you let Blinki use your computer, edit your files or run your server, it does what you ask within the limits you set; you stay responsible for what it is asked to do and for reviewing the result. Requests that break our rules are refused and logged (see Safety).

Paid features

Blinki is free to use. If we add paid plans, we will say what they cost, what they include and how to cancel before you pay anything.

Ending things

You can leave at any time by deleting your account in the app or by writing to us. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop providing the service, and we will give you reasonable notice where we can.

What we are not responsible for

Blinki is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, from content other people post, or from things Blinki gets wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When the change matters, we tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
